Jordan Davidson graduated from The University of Miami’s Frost School of Music with a degree in Jazz Guitar Performance. For seven years he was the guitarist and lead singer of The Jean Marie, opening for such acts as The B-52’s, Bloc Party, Tokyo Police Club, Gym Class Heroes, and A Flock of Seagulls. He then worked as an engineer and session guitarist at The Hit Factory in Miami, FL, working with a variety of artists including Lil Wayne, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Mayday!, and Wes Borland. For the last several years, Jordan has worked as a composer and session musician for several different companies including Honor Roll Music, Urban and Lazar Publishing, and PBS Sprout. His original compositions can be heard on such programs as ABC’s Cougar Town, MTV’s The Jersey Shore, and Sprout’s Sunny Side Up Show. When he’s not making music, Jordan enjoys long walks on the beach, books by Salman Rushdie, and binge watching bad television shows.
